SETTING TARGET
Once in STOPWATCH mode, press SELECT button to change information displayed in the
lower part of the display until you reach GOAL.
If the stopwatch is running, press SET button to stop stopwatch.

Speed Distance Time
Press RECALL button to set target. Press
SELECT button to chose one of the information
Speed/Distance/Time. Press SET button to turn
target Alert ON/OFF.
Press and hold SET button to enter into target
setting menu.
Press SELECT button to increase digit, RECALL
button to decrease digit, MODE button to
confirm.
Press SET button to turn target alert on/off.
Press RECALL button to go back to stopwatch interface. Press SET to resume stopwatch.
REMARK: User can set only one target
1. When target distance is reached, the alert will sound for 10 sec. and the distance will
start from 0.
2. The watch will beep if target speed is not reached.
