Note:
• Every time the speaker is switched on, it will connect to last connected device
automatically. Please note, your device must be on with Bluetooth function
turned on.

Problem Possible solution
No power • Check if the power cord is properly connected
• Check the position of power switch (it should be
set in ON position
No sound • Check if the input and output cables are
properly connected
One channel is not working • Check the audio input and output
Main speaker is not working • Check the audio input cable
Distorted sound at high
volume
• Reduce the volume
USB/SD are not working • Check if the mode is set to USB/SD
• Reconnect the USB device/SD card
Poor sound quality of FM
radio
• Fully extend the antenna
• Adjust the position of antenna
• Separate the antenna from other cables or
appliances
• Turn off TV/DVD or other devices nearby
