Installation of meters with weld-on connections
For mounting sensors with weld-on connections, please follow the procedure as follows:
1)
Mount the sensor completely in the pipeline and spot weld-on connections to the pipe. This is necessary to align mounting bores of
the flange.
2)
Remove the sensor body from the adapters by loosen the screws as well as the L shaped gaskets.
3)
Weld the adapters completely to the pipe.
4)
After the pipe has cooled down, reinstall the gasket and mount the flowmeter.
Grounding
Metal pipelines, not internally coated. Grounding
without grounding rings.
Metal pipelines, with internal coating, and internally non-
conductive pipelines. Grounding with grounding rings.

Cleaning
In principle, no special maintenance is needed. However, make sure that the used cleaning product doesn’t affect the outer surface and
the gaskets.
