
5 Maintenance
5.1 Maintenance schedule
The following sections describe the maintenance work that is required for optimal and fault-free
operation of the device.
Check wearing parts such as seals, nozzles and needles at regular intervals. The level of wear
depends on the abrasiveness of the spray fluid used. Escaping air and spray fluid as well as the
deterioration of the spray pattern are signs that parts are worn. In case of questions about mainte-
nance work and intervals, contact the manufacturer; see contact data on the last page.
