Possibilities for spray pattern adjustment

The spray pattern can be influenced as follows:

n

Adjust atomisation air pressure via pressure reducer or air regulator (Fig. 5/2).

n

Adjust fluid pressure with supply by pumps or pressure container.

n

Adjust needle stroke with adjustment screw (Fig. 5/3).

n

Adjust width of the spray stream with jet regulator (Fig. 5/1).

n

Selection of the nozzle size.

4.4 Interrupting operation

1.

Terminate spraying process by releasing the draw-off lever.

2.

Interrupt the feed of spray fluid. For this, empty the fluid container, unscrew the suction con-
tainer or switch off the pump or pressure container.

3.

If necessary, clean the hand held spray gun (

).
