1.5 Intellectual property rights
The manufacturer owns all of the intellectual property rights relating to the Assembly
Instructions and User Manual. Copying the Assembly Instructions and User Manual,
including excerpts thereof, is only permitted with the manufacturer‘s permission.
The manufacturer reserves all rights to patents and utility model registrations.
Any breach of the above will be subject to damages.
1.6 Issue date
The issue date of these Assembly Instructions and User Manual is 01.05.2018.
2. Product information
2.1 Intended use
The platform ladders descried in these Assembly Instructions and User Manual must
only be used as specified under EN 131-7. Before use, always make sure that all of the
required safety precautions have been taken and that the platform ladder has been set
up properly and as described in these Assembly Instructions and User Manual. Do not
exceed the ladder‘s maximum weight bearing capacity of 150 kg and platform height of
1.90 m.
2.2 Improper use
The platform ladder must only be used for the intended uses specified under section
2.1. Any deviations from these uses are considered improper use in terms of the
German Product Safety Act (from 08.11.2011). The same applies to non-compliance
with the standards and guidelines listed in these Assembly Instructions and
User Manual.

– Use of damaged, defective or incorrect components
– Increasing the ladder‘s working height through the use of ladders, crates or
other equipment
