VIA Connect

provides state-of-the-art collaboration functionality, enabling meeting

participants to interact with content displayed on the main display, annotate shared content,
take control of another participants computer and more. It

enables up to 254 meeting

participants to collaborate when using a compatible external wireless network.

Interacting with Main Display

VIA Connect

enables participants to interact with the main display as if it were a part of their

own device screen, using their own mouse and keyboard (see

Using Mouse and Keyboard

To interact with the main display for a device with a mouse and keyboard:

1. On the

VIA

dashboard, click

Show Options

Features

The Features tab appears.

2. Click

Start Collaboration

The checkmark next to Start Collaboration turns green and a floating Stop Collaboration

icon also appears in the upper right corner of your device screen.
