Removing the ball bearing

Clamp the pump at the main screw. Ensure that the shaft is not damaged in the process.

Lift the pump housing

off the flange cover

. Hold the idle screws

in the process.

Remove the idle screws and keep for mounting.

Remove the edge sealing rings

from the flange cover and keep for mounting.

Lift the flange cover

from the main screw

and the remove flat gasket

Unclamp the main screw, rotate by 180° and remove the circlip

as well as the supporting
ring

7.
Use the extractor to pull the ball bearing

off the main screw.
