MONITORING UNIT PCM2
The operator panel is the visible part of the
monitoring unit PCM2. It is composed of a
display, push-buttons and a led-lamp. Operation
is described in the
Manual for monitoring unit
PCM2
.
When measuring the battery voltage you should avoid measuring directly at the battery
terminals due to the risk of arcing in the event of a possible short circuit. Use the short-circuit
protected voltmeter terminals on the front panel instead. The voltmeter terminal fits a standard
4 mm measuring pin. To avoid measurement errors, the voltmeter used should have high ohms,
10 Mohm or better.
