BACKHOE INSPECTION, SERVICE, AND MAINTENANCE

Hydraulic Pump System (Optional)

Check the fluid level in reservoir before operating daily.  Change oil and filter after first 20 hours of
operation and then every 200 hours after or annually , which ever is first.  In extremely dry or dirty
conditions, more frequent servicing may be necessary.  Contamination will shorten the life of hy-
draulic components.

Recommended Oils and Temperature Ranges.

Do not exceed 180º F.

Do not mix oil types or grades.

IMPORTANT

Fill reservoir with new hydraulic fluid only. Do not mix oil types or grades.

Engage PTO pump and run at idle for 5 minutes. Check fluid level and add as necessary.
