3. Close the appliance lid (1).
4. Swing-out the filter holder (7) and insert a standard paper
filter 1 x 4. Make sure to fold the edges of the paper filter
and push it slightly down
5. For each cup of coffee, use one leveled measuring spoon
of grounded coffee. For stronger or milder coffee, adjust
the amount of coffee or use the aroma switch (3) (next to
the top of the water tank) to adjust the brewing strength
of the coffee.
6. Close the filter holder (7) by pushing it back into its original
position, make sure it’s properly locked in place.
7. Place the thermo jug (4) with its lid on into the appliance.
Make sure that the lid is properly screwed on and that the
lever button on the lid is pointing towards the handle.
8. Make sure that the thermo jug (4) is properly placed into
the appliance.
9. Press the On/Off switch (6) to switch on the appliance.
the integrated indicator light indicates that the appliance
is in operation.
An integrated mechanism automatically opens the lid for the
brewing through function.
Note: the brewing process can be interrupted at
any time by pressing the On/Off switch (6). Once the unit
is switched on again the appliance will continue with the
brewing process.
