Compakt-Comfort-2
Operation
The power take-off can only be engaged if the power take-off lever can be pulled easily to the
rear. If it blocks, the clutch/safety stop lever must be released and depressed a few times at a low
engine speed until the power take-off can be engaged easily without force.
Apart from that, it is important to remember that the power take-off may only be engaged when
the clutch/safety stop lever is not depressed. If the power take-off is forcibly engaged, the
bowden cable can be buckled and shifting at the front on the gearbox will be not performed
correctly! You can check this by engaging the power take-off; you can then no longer push the
lever towards the engine; see fig. 16. The surface of the lever at the front must be flush with the
surface of the welded lug!
Caution!
If you have been driving in reverse and the twist-grip is not in the 0 position, you cannot
engage/disengage the power take-off. The safety device blocks the shifting procedure here. You
must first place the twist-grip in the 0 position and then engage/disengage. If you cannot move
the power take-off lever, move the machine slowly forward and try again.

When engaging the power take-off, the clutch/safety stop lever
must be in the engine start position. Engage the power take-off
and then slowly depress the clutch/safety stop lever at a low en-
gine speed.
If the power take-off does not run, release and depress the
clutch/safety stop lever a few times until the power take-off
runs.
