Walk Test
The walk test is used to check that the motion switches is
detecting properly at the desired installation location.
To do this, apply the following settings:
• Turn time setting on setting screw

to the „test“
position.
• Turn twilight threshold on setting screw

to the „+“
position.
• The „twilight threshold“ function is then inactive

Install motion switch correctly and connect to the supply
voltage. The device is ready for operation after approx. 90
seconds). During the warm-up phase, the red LED lights up
for approximately 60 seconds.
Begin the walk test from the outside of the probable detec-
tion range and cross the detection area again and again

until the motion switch switches.
The connected consumer is switched on. Wait until the
consumer switches off again and repeat the walk test until
you achieve a satisfactory result.
