Lift the cover away.

To remove the card holder, loosen the screw of the card holder (1). Slide the
card hold-down bracket to right (2), to pull it out from the two laterally located
bolts. Lift the card hold-down bracket away (3). Retain the card hold-down
bracket and the screw for later use.
