1. Inserting a SIM card
• Switch off the tablet and remove the back cover. Insert the SIM card correctly in the slot
provided for this purpose (see the diagram opposite). You have 2 SIM card ports (SIM1 and
SIM2). Be sure to respect the direction of insertion of the cards.
• Then replace the back cover
CAUTION
: Data usage can only be used on one SIM card at a time.
2. Inserting a MicroSD
• Switch off the tablet and remove the back cover.
• Insert the memory card in the slot provided for this purpose.
• Then replace the back cover.
CAUTION
: Inserting or removing a SIM card and a MicroSD card requires the smartphone to be
completely switched off.
3. Charging the battery
• To charge the battery, plug the USB cable (supplied) into the USB port on your tablet and
the other end into the AC adapter (supplied). Then connect the AC adapter to a power outlet.
• The battery charge icon lights up while charging and indicates the state of charge.
When the battery is fully charged, you can unplug the USB cable from the device and then from
the power outlet.
IMPORTANT:
• The tablet can only be recharged via its USB port.
• The battery should be charged for at least 5-7 hours when charging for the first time.
Note: you can use the device while it is charging. It is then possible that the full charge
time of the battery will be longer.
Precautions to be observed when charging the battery :

• To charge the battery, use only the AC adapter supplied with your device. Do not use any other power
supply or electrical devices.
• The electrical outlet to which the apparatus is connected must be installed near the equipment and
must always be easily accessible.
• Always wait at least 5 seconds after switching off the device before restarting it.
• Immediately switching off and on the device may damage the electrical circuits.
• Do not disassemble the battery. Do not throw the battery into fire or water. Do not charge the battery
if the ambient temperature exceeds 45 ° C.
• For any repair or to replace the battery, contact a qualified technician.
• Battery life largely depends on how you use it.
Do not expose the battery to temperatures below 0 ° or above 50 °. Its functioning could be altered.
• Strong electromagnetic interference or electrostatic discharge may cause malfunction or loss of data.
If the device is not functioning properly, reset the tablet or unplug the AC adapter from the power
outlet and plug it back in.
4. Turn on / off your tablet
To turn on the tablet, press the On / Off button on the edge of
the tablet for 3 seconds.
If the tablet is on, short press the button to put it into sleep mode.
Press again to exit standby mode.
To turn off the tablet, press the On / Off button for 3 seconds
while a menu appears, then click on the Turn off button and
confirm.
5. Lock / unlock SIM cards
Your K-TAB703 is a dual SIM tablet, this allows you to use two subscriptions with the same device.
There is a slot for the two SIM cards.
• When your tablet starts up, it will prompt you to successively enter the PIN code of your two
SIM cards. (SIM1 then SIM 2)
• The emergency call feature allows you to call an emergency number without having to enter
the PIN code.
