2. Using a soft cloth, wipe clean the surface of the

Paper Take-Up Roller.

2. Remove the two screws, and then remove the

Document Feeder Cover.

3. Remove the screw, and then remove the mount-

ing plate and spring.

Be extremely careful not to lose the spring.
