Supply voltage requirements

The supply voltage must kept within ±10% of the installation’s nominal voltage.

Maximum transient voltage variations on the main switchboard’s bus-bars must not exceed
-15% to +20% of the nominal voltage (except under fault conditions).

Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) requirements

We recommend that the ES80 system is powered using an Uninterruptible Power Supply
(UPS) with sine wave output.

The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) must have the capacity to independently maintain
power to the ES80 for a minimum of 10 minutes. This ensures that the ES80 can be turned
off in a controlled manner in the event of a power failure.
