If this is not the case, fill the water basin with distilled water
to the “MAX” mark.
If none of the steps as mentioned above restores the unit ...
 Unplug the transformer.
 Take the mist generator out of the water basin.
 Remove the splash protector from the mist generator.
 Unscrew the holder with the bronze coloured ceramic mem-
brane on the top of the mist generator using the enclosed
special tool.
 Remove the ceramic membrane from the mist generator
and clean it with a damp cloth.
 Put the membrane back into the mist generator and fasten
the holder with the enclosed special tool.
 Replace the splash protector.
 Place the mist generator to its original position in the water
basin.
 Insert the mains plug of the transformer in the socket. The
natural-stone fountain is ready for operation again.



