As soon as you clicked on „KOMDRUCK IDP TOOLBOX“ the KOMDRUCK
IDP icon appears in the taskbar (lower left side of the desktop). Depending
on your operating system settings, continue as follows:
a. The IDP icon appears in the taskbar.
Right-click on the icon and then select „IDP TOOLBOX“
b. If the IDP icon is not displayed, click on
A small window will open where you should see the IDP icon. Right-click
on the icon and the select „IDP TOOLBOX“.

The „KOMDRUCK IDP Programmstart“ pops up and the communication with
the printer will be established.
