Roller Fairlead Installation:

Install the roller fairlead
(included with your winch)
to the winch mount plate.

It maybe necessary remove
one of the long rollers from
the Roller Fairlead to feed
winch cable through.
Final Assembly:

Install the winch mount to
the ATV frame using the
hardware included in this
kit.

Re
-
install all hardware to
attach the bumper to the
ATV frame.
9.
Wire winch according to
your winch manufacturer
instruction.
10.
Re
-
install the ATV plastic
skid plate.

Winch Wiring and
Connections:
11.
Using the winch kit
instructions, route and
connect the electrical
cables and components for
the winch system.
12.
Secure all harnesses using
cable ties (provided with
winch kit) to prevent
contact with hot
components, sharp edges
or moving parts.
13.
Reconnect red positive (+)
cable and black negative
(
-
) cable to battery.
14.
With the vehicle key in the
ON position, check winch
for proper operation.
15.
Retighten all hardware
after 30 minutes of riding.
