All directions referring to right and left are when the
rider is sitting on the machine
TOOLS REQUIRED:
•
Basic Metric wrench and socket set
•
Pliers
•
Hand Torque Wrench
•
Do not use impact tools to install hardware
APPROXIMATE ASSEMBLY TIME: 30 minutes

THIS WINCH MOUNTING KIT CAN BE USED TO MOUNT EITHER A KOLPIN 1500/2500 WINCH OR A WARN
2000/2500 WINCH.
Please Note: The cable hook, roller fairlead, and some mounting hardware are included with the winch kit.

1500 WINCH MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the two M8 X 25mm bolts (item #6), mount the winch to the winch mount plate. Be sure that when the winch is
mounted to the ATV the winch motor is on the
LEFT
side of the machine. GO TO INSTRUCTION #1.
KOLPIN

2500 WINCH MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the four bolts PROVIDED WITH THE KOLPIN WINCH, the winch can be mounted to the winch mount plate.
Be sure that when the winch is mounted to the ATV, the winch motor is to the
RIGHT
side of the machine.
GO TO INSTRUCTION #1.
WARN 2000/2500 WINCH MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the four bolts PROVIDED WITH THE WARN WINCH, the winch can be mounted to the winch mount plate.
Be sure that when the winch is mounted to the ATV, the winch motor is to the
RIGHT
side of the machine.
GO TO INSTRUCTION #1.
