Reassembly

Gear cover on timing side

Proper sealing between gear cover and crankcase is ensured by the

liquid sealant "Loctite 5205". Carefully clean the two sealing surfaces

and spread the sealant uniformly.



Tighten screws to 23 Nm.

Caution – Warning

Wait 3 hours before starting again the engine.

Assemble governor lock tension washer

Assemble governor gear

by inserting drive pin

into its seat on the

gear.

Insert drive rod

with clearance shim

forcing the clamping teeth on

drive collar
