Thread the supply hose onto the fill valve shank. Slide nut of inlet cover onto the supply

hose, with flared end last and run hose through toilet wall.

Take hose guide apart and slide onto the supply hose, with the flared end last. Slide the

two inserts into the flared end of the hose guide. Insert into toilet wall and tighten nut.
