INSTALLATION
How to Install the Faucet
Slide washer(1) over the hoses and into the groove of the body
assembly. Insert the flexible supply hoses into the hole of the sink, place
washers(3

4) and thread the ring(5) onto the shank(2) from the
underside of the sink. Position the faucet. Tighten the two screws(6) to
secure the faucet.
INSTALLATION CHECKOUT
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
All Finishes: Clean the finish with mild soap and warm water. Wipe entire surface completely dry with clean soft
cloth. Many cleaners may contain chemicals, such as ammonia, chlorine, toilet cleaner etc, which could adversely
affect the finish and are not recommended for cleaning.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on Kohler faucets and fittings.
Ensure that all coupling nuts are tight. Ensure that the handles are in the off position.
Turn on the main water supply and drain, and check for leaks. Repair as needed.
How to Install the Inlet (Way 1)
If have concentrated filtered water, connect the hose with red round to hot water supply, the hose with blue round
to cold water supply, and another hose without mark with filtered water supply.
How to Install the Inlet (Way 2)
If have no concentrated filtered water, please use the Kohler 3002786
filter and 1177296 connection assembly.
Connect the two hoses(7) and connectors(8) of connection assembly
(1177296) to the filter’s(3002786) inlet and outlet.
Remove connectors(9) and washers(10) from both the hose without mark
and the hose with blue round.
Connect the hose without mark to the outlet connector of the filter.
Use the supply tee(11) to connect and tighten the filter inlet to the hose
with blue round, connect the cold water supply to another end of the tee.
Connect the hose with red round to hot water supply.
