When the product is
switched on, it will
power off within
one second.

Confirm that there is enough water in the water tank.
•
Confirm that the power adaptor is securely connected to the
wall socket. Pull the power plug out of the product and
connect it again.
No mist spray or
abnormal mist spray.

Confirm that there is enough water in the water tank. Do not
fill the tank over the maximum water level.
• The ultrasonic atomising sheet may require cleaning. Refer
to “Cleaning & Care” above.

The suction mouth on the appliance may be dirty. If the base
inlet is dusty, the mist volume will decrease greatly.
Appliance leaks water
• Ensure the upper cover is fitted securely
• Ensure the temperature of the operating environment is not
excessively low or high. If the temperature is too low or the
humidity is high, the mist may accumulate and form water
drops.
