7.- Mount the buoy on the counterweight bar

To use the buoy you must place it on the provided counterweight bar that previously was
installed on the inflatable float.
Insert the buoy on the counterweight bar and screw it clockwise until is tight and the leds
start blinking. (Picture 5)
Once the buoy is on its counterweight, float and “On” you can dorp it on the sea and the
position will start to be displayed on the plotter screen, at the programmed interval (10
minutes).
When the buoy turn on the led will blink 3 times and then stop for around 8 seconds,
after this will start blinking again, this is the normal working process.
**To pick up the buoy from the Sea must never be done by holding from the
antenna.
