ERROR CODE CAUSE SOLUTION
e001 all battery over-voltage protection. no charge, only discharge.
e002 all battery low-voltage protection. fully charged and restart.
e003 all battery failure. restart kodak ppS1800 and charge it.
e004 all battery discharge
over-temperature protection.
temperature is too high.
restart when cooler.
e005 all battery discharge
low-temperature protection.
ambient environment temperature is too low.
restart when environment temperature is higher.
e006 all battery charge
over-temperature protection.
the temperature of the battery pack is too high.
charge when the temperature is lower.
e007 all battery charge
low-temperature protection.
the temperature of the battery pack is too low.
charge when the temperature is higher.
e008 1st group battery
low-voltage protection.
charge and restart.
e009 2nd group battery
low-voltage protection.
charge and restart.
e010 3rd group battery
low-voltage protection.
charge and restart.
e011 4th group battery
low-voltage protection.
charge and restart.
e012 inverter bus cable voltage failure. turn off and restart.
e013 inverter over-load protection. reduce the load. restart ac.
e014 inverter short-circuit. correct the short-circuit output. restart ac.
e015 inverter cooling fan discharge
over-temperature protection.
restart when the cooling fan temperature is
lower.
e016 inverter cooling fan temperature
detector is not working.
connect ntc and restart.
e017 pV input over-voltage protection. check to ensure you have correctly configured
the solar panel array to provide the correct
input voltage.
if yes: disconnect pV and turn back on and
connect pV
e018 internal over-temperature protection. check if the working temperature is too high.
if the temperature is within the operating
range, disconnect the pV, switch off the device
and then reconnect the pV.
e019 pV cooling fan over-temperature
protection.
recharge after the cooling fan temperature is
lower.
e020 pV cooling fan temperature
detector is not working.
restart kodak ppS1800.
e021 battery protection board charge
protection.
recharge after the protection board tempera-
ture is back to normal
e022 battery false protection. disconnect pV. restart.
e023 Generator over-load (ac&dc)
protection.
reduce the total load and restart.
