Wire the encoder to the proper terminal passing by a path reasonably far from the pinch point 
generated by the big gear of the breaking system. (

see electrical plan

)

Install the new components in the front. 

7.

 

Install the ink jet head. Adjust parallel to the clips. 

8.

 

Wire the ink jet head to the bag closer machine by using the PE-95003-1 and taking care of 
inserting the grommet to hold the cable at the designated notch (

only notch available

) 

 

9.

 

Close the back plate. 

10.

 

Plug the machine and turn it ON. If the machine is set to 

printer auto detect

, skip to step 14. 

11.

 

Go to "parameter". 

 

12.
