Technical specifications
Start by installing the two AAA batteries included with the system to operate the remote
control. In order for the remote to operate properly, ensure that it is pointed toward the front
of the speaker.
Connect the speakers by inserting the left and right satellite speaker plugs into the matching
output jacks on the back of the main unit.
If using a wired connection with the speakers, insert the RCA connectors into the red and white
input jacks found on the back of the subwoofer, then plug the green tip of the supplied cable
into the output port of your audio device.
Plug the AC cable into the wall outlet. After making sure all connections are done correctly,
power the system by turning on the main switch.

Before installing this product, please make sure your device has the built-in
Bluetooth

feature available. If your device is not
Bluetooth
®
-enabled, you must purchase a
Bluetooth
®
dongle, preferably version V.2.1 or above.

Place both devices not more than one meter away from each other.
Enable the
Bluetooth
®
function on your device and set it to discover the
KWS-616
wireless
speaker.
Press the
Mode
on the speaker´s front panel or the
BT
button on the remote. A short
tone is heard and the
bt
icon starts blinking fast to indicate that the system has entered into
the pairing mode.
Once the speaker appears listed under the newly found
Bluetooth
®
devices
(KWS-616)
, it
will ask if you want to pair with it.
Accept by pressing
Yes
or
Ok
in your device. If you have a lower
Bluetooth
®
version, you
may be prompted to enter the passkey
0000
(4 zeros).
If pairing is successful, another short beep will be generated, the
bt
indication will become
steady, and your wireless device will confirm that the connection has been established.
If after 60 seconds the pairing process fails, please repeat steps 1 through 5 described
above.
From then on, your device will be automatically paired with the speaker.
