1. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The
Hygeno
micrometer sprayer is the ideal “push-on machine” for dispensing a low wet effect water-
based solution (water droplets with a diameter of less than 30 microns), with a specific disinfectant added
(e.g. bactericidal, fungicidal or virucidal), on every surface (floors, walls, doors, cabinets, bathrooms,
kitchens, tables, metal surfaces, etc...) in a variable percentage depending on the objective:
decontamination-disinfection and sanitisation only.
The fine and spherical misting allows the operator to reach distances up to 1.5 m, easily and completely
covering the surfaces to be treated.
The 20-litre tank allows you to operate continuously for about 2 hours, covering a total area of up to
5,000 square metres. The machine is electrically powered by a lithium battery capable of ensuring up to 4
hours of operation and that can be quickly recharged.
A comfortable handle allows you to move Hygeno with ease, placing the 15-metre long pipe, to which the
regulator, consisting of a nozzle and a multi-outlet nozzle holder, is connected in the appropriate
compartment.
The display is equipped with a button to activate the dispensing pump and a battery charge status
indicator.
The battery charger is placed on the machines for quick use. The effectiveness of the treatment is
guaranteed by the correct use of the disinfectant, intended both as type (e.g. virucidal if the main hazard is
represented by the coronavirus) and by the contact time. The use of a low residue disinfectant is
recommended. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding percentages and when using PPE
during the work.
The main systems of the machine are as follows:
▪
The disinfectant solution tank and relevant circuit
▪
Disinfectant liquid emission nozzle
▪
The electrical system and relevant control panel.
The tank of the disinfectant solution is designed to hold the water (with dilution of any disinfectant),
feeding it to the nozzle of the sprayed pressurised liquid.
The related system includes the solution tank, the filter, the pump stop pressure switch (if the nozzle is
not activated) and the sprayer nozzle.
The tank contains the disinfectant solution (water and disinfectant) and supplies it to the nozzle spraying
system. The filter protects the pump from the impurities in the water drawn from the tank.
