COMPATIBILITY
The contact sensor works with the Z1 ZigBee Bridge and the ICS-2000.
1. (RE)PLACE THE BATTERY

Remove the backplate from the contact sensor.

Open de battery cover using a flat screwdriver.

Place the included CR2032 battery in the contact sensor. Note the positive
and negative polarity in the compartment. Close the battery cover.
2. INDICATORS
The contact sensor contains a LED indicator (This is not a button) to show the
status of the contact sensor. Please see below the meaning of the different
LED indications.
LED FUNCTION TABLE
Connection mode LED will flash once per second
for approximately 1 min.
Connected successfully LED will stop flashing
Sensor reset LED will flash fast
Sensor triggered (When the sensor is
opened for more then 10 mm)
LED will flash once
3. DOWNLOAD APP
To connect the contact sensor with a
Z1 ZigBee bridge or ICS-2000, first get
the App by scanning the QR code or
go to trust.com/zigbee and install it.
4. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO
CONNECT THE CONTACT SENSOR
Follow further instructions as shown
in the App to connect the contact
sensor or read the online (advanced)
manual of the Z1 ZigBee bridge or
ICS-2000.
5. MOUNT THE CONTACT SENSOR
Note: When mounting the contact
sensor make sure both parts are
mounted with as little space between
as possible (max. 5mm).Remove the
backplate by sliding it off the contact
sensor and attach it with the included
screws to a flat surface. Attach the
small part of the contact sensor using
the double sided tape on the back
and place the contact sensor on the
backplate
RESET CONTACT SENSOR AND
ACTIVATE CONNECT MODE

Warning: This step will remove
all connected devices from the
contact sensor. To reset the contact
sensor press the reset button in the
hole at the side of the sensor for
approximately 5 sec. The LED will flash
fast to confirm the reset

Activate connect mode:
After
resetting the sensor you can activate
the connect mode by pressing the
reset button for approx. 1 sec.
The wireless range increases when
you add more ZigBee products
(meshing). To learn more about
