Rotating anti-Clockwise for 6 minutes, rest for 30 minutes (1440
turns per day).
Program C
Rotating clockwise for 20 minutes, take 10 minutes rest, then
anti-clockwise rotating for 20 minutes, take 10 minutes rest (5760
turns per day).
Program D
Rotating clockwise for 10 minutes, then anti-clockwise rotating for
10 minutes (2152 turns per day).
