Cookware Note
Plastic foil Only use microwaveable plastic foil. Cover the food with it
during heating to maintain moisture. Make sure that the foil does
not touch the food.
Thermometer Only use microwaveable cooking thermometers.
Waxed paper Cover the food to protect it from splashing and to retain its
moisture.

Paper bags May cause a fire in the microwave oven.
Foam Foam may melt or contaminate the liquid inside when exposed
to high temperatures.
Wood Wood dries out when used in the microwave and may splinter
or burst.
