Heating time
The time required to heat dishes depends on several factors:
• The material from which the tableware is made and the thickness of the tableware.
• The amount of food loaded into the warming drawer.
•
The way in which the load was placed.
• The temperature setting selected.
It is not possible to specify an exact heating time. You should experiment to find out
which heating temperature and time is best for certain types and quantities of dishes. As
a general guideline for a temperature setting of 60 °C for even heating:
• Dishes for a meal with six people will take about 30 minutes.
•
Dishes for a meal for twelve people take about 40 minutes.
