3. Wash the filters, taking care not to bend them. Allow them to be dry before refitting.
4. When refitting the filters, make sure that the handle is visible from the outside.
5. To install the grease filter, align rear filter tabs with slots in the hood. Pull out the
latch, push filter into position and release. Make sure the filter is securely engaged
after assembly.
6. Push the glass to the original position.
Charcoal filter (recirculation mode)
• This filter is not washable and cannot be
regenerated.
• The charcoal filter should be replaced
approximately every 3 months of operation, or
more frequently in the case of heavy usage.
How to install a new charcoal filter:
1. Insert the carbon filter into the opening and
push it in until a clicking sound is heard and the
charcoal filter sits securely.
2. Install the grease filter after the charcoal filter is
installed.
