CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Washing liquid and detergent and wet cloth is recommend to clean the heat
deflector, pan support, wire grid, steel/aluminum griddle, smoke cup, inner
chassis, do not use steel wire. Absorb the water by dry wrap, and dry parts
naturally.
• To clean the pizza stone, turn the flame to the highest level for about 10 min, most
food particles that remain on the stone will burn off due to the high heat inside the
oven.If necessary, run it under hot water while scrubbing with a brush. Do not soap
on the stone.
• Clean the accessaries every time after use is recommend.
