5. You can now turn on the ice cream maker.
Milk ice cream
Ingredients
130 ml pure milk, 130 ml
whipping cream
40 g white sugar
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
2. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
3. Mix the pure milk, light cream and sugar.
4. Then storing them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10 °C.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker..
Banana ice cream
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
(about 80 g)
140 ml pure milk
50 ml whipping cream
30 g white sugar
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
2. Mash the banana.
3. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
4. Mix the mashed banana, pure milk, light cream and white sugar. Then store
them inside a cooler and cool it down to 5-10 °C.
5. Switch it on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Mango ice cream
Ingredients
110 milk
60 ml whipping cream
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
