6.3 The double/triple zone function
• The function only works on zone No.
2
and
3
.
• The dual/triple cooking zones have two or three heating zones,
so you can use a central and an enlarged area.
You can use only the central heating zone
(A)
or two
(B)
or
three heating zones
(C)
at once.
Activate the double/ triple zone function
• Select a desired dual/triple cooking zone by pressing one of the corres-
ponding buttons
or
slide the slider to the desired
the heating level.
The central area
(A)
switches on as usual.
• Now activate the corresponding cooking zone selection again.

A red dot next to the
/ -icon indicates that the double/triple zone
function is activated.
• To switch between the cooking zones in the sequence
C > A > B > C ...
,
activate the corresponding cooking zone control and then press the
triple zone button
once or several times.
Deactivate the double/triple zone function
• During the cooking process, activate the desired cooking zone control
and then press the dual/triple zone button
one or two times
or switch off the zone by downgrading it.
•
When the hob is switched off, the function is also deactivated
and must be reset if necessary.
