Using the mobile phone that needs to be authorised, click the
+
icon in the upper right
corner of the „Wisen“ app and select the „Scan“ function.
Now scan the two-dimensional code from the authorized mobile phone to submit and
complete the authorization.
Note:
1. Make sure that the mobile phones are switched on and connected to the WLAN.
The indicator lights are all in operation.
2. Make sure the router, the mobile APP network, is working.
3. When you set up the WI-FI connection, keep the appliance, routers and phones as
close to each other as possible.
4. The WIFI device only works with a 2.4 network:
Make sure that the router uses a 2.4G network when you connect.

The router password must be correct and no special characters are recognized.
The router account and password must not be longer than 32 digits.
6. To ensure that the router‘s wireless setting is WPA2-PSK encryption, set AES authenti -
cation or both to automatic setting; Wireless setting cannot be set to 11n only.

If the router is already connected to too many devices (including mobile phone or PC),
disconnect some devices first, then turn off the router and restart.
8. If wireless MAC address filtering is enabled in the router, you can try removing the de -
vice from the router‘s MAC filter list to ensure that the router does not prohibit network
access.
