Your device has various operating modes that facilitate the use of your device.
To help you find the right type of heating for your dish, the following table explains the
differences and possible uses.
Caution!
If you open the appliance door during an on-going operation, the operation will
not be paused.
Please be especially careful with the risk of burns.
Types of heating
Temperature Use
Top- / Botton heat
30~250˚C
For traditional baking and roasting on one level.
Especially suitable for cakes with moist toppings.
Hot air
50~250˚C
For baking and roasting on one or more levels.
The heat is generated by the ring heater and evenly distributed
in the cavity.
Circulating Air
50~250˚C
For baking and roasting on one or more levels.
The fan distributes the heat from the heating elements evenly
in the cavity.
Grill
150~250˚C
For grilling small amounts of food and for browning food.
Please put the food in the center part under the grill heating
element.
Fan Grill
50~250˚C
For grilling flat items and for browning food.
The fan distributes the heat evenly around the cavity.
Double Grill
150~250˚C
For grilling flat meals and for browning food.
Pizza Function
50~250˚C
For pizza and dishes which need a lot of heat from underneath.
The bottom heater and ring heater will work.
Bottom Heat
30~220˚C
For extra browning to the bases of pizzas, pies, and pastries.
The heat is generated by the bottom heater.
Defrost
-
For gently defrosting frozen food.
Dough Proving
30~45˚C
For proving yeast dough and sourdough and culturing yogurt.
