Unsupported synthesizers

The following synthesizer types have been tested and found to be not suitable for controlling with the Patch Editor.

Yamaha DX7

The Yamaha DX7 synthesizer is FM based and few of the Patch Editor controls are 
suitable. This is what is required.

Ensoniq ESQ-1

The Ensoniq ESQ-1 synthesizer does not support midi control well. The ESQ-1 requires simulated
button presses via midi to make changes which is very slow and not suitable for real time control.
Some controllers get around this by sending a patch dump each time a control is moved. This system
is not suitable for the Patch Editor as every setting on a patch will be overwritten each time any
control is changed.
