SECURING A LOOSE BAFFLE

NOTE:

This procedure instructs you on how

to  secure  a  bafﬂe  that  has  come  loose  from
the basket.
1.  Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.   Turn off the water supply to the washer.
3.  Remove  the  top  cover  from  the  washer

(see page 4-2 for the procedure).

4. Open the washer door.
5. If necessary, reinstall the bafﬂe on the

inside of the basket by inserting the tabs
into the basket slots, and pushing it back
as far as the slots will allow.

6. Pull the end of the tub hose off the basket.
7. View the basket through the tub hose

opening, and rotate the basket until the
replacement bafﬂe mounting screw hole
is visible.

8. Install the mounting screw in the bafﬂe

mounting hole.

Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
