HOW TO USE THE ELECTRIC GRAVY BOAT WARMER
1.
Always set your warmer on a level and stable heat resistant surface.
2.
Plug the detachable power cord into the back of the warmer and then into a
power outlet.
3.
The ON indicator light will light up and the warmer will begin to warm.
4.
Pour the heated gravy, syrup, or sauce in the gravy boat and place it on the
warmer surface.
5.
The warmer surface will help to keep the gravy or sauce maintain a warm
serving temperature.
6.
Allow the gravy boat to sit on the warmer at least 5 minutes to let it attain a
warm serving temperature.
7.
You may unplug the power cord from the outlet, then remove the detachable
plug from the back of the warming base when you are ready to serve. The
warming base will retain heat for approximately 20 minutes after being
unplugged.
8.
Use oven mitts to transfer the warming base and gravy boat to the serving
area if necessary.
USE THE WARMING BASE ONLY WITH THE GRAVY BOAT PROVIDED.
DO’S AND DON’TS FOR THE GRAVY BOAT WARMER
Gravy, syrup, or sauces should be hot or warm when poured into the gravy
boat. It is not designed to heat cold gravy, syrup, or sauces.
DO NOT use any other container with the warming base. Use the ceramic
gravy boat provided only.
The detachable power cord can be removed when serving at the table. The
warming base will stay warm for up to 20 minutes after it is unplugged.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
When performing any cleaning
be sure to unplug from power outlet first,
and allow the gravy boat and warmer to cool completely.
2.
DO NOT immerse warmer base or power cord in water.
3.
Use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution to clean the warmer base.
4.
Wash the gravy boat with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse
and dry completely.
5.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scouring pads when cleaning the gravy
boat or warming base.
