START ENGINE
If you start the generator set in case of first fueling, long time storage or fuel exhaust,
please turn the fuel valve handle to "ON" position, and start the generator after 10 to
20 seconds. The fuel valve handle is at the rear side of the oil tank. (Refer to picture 1)
Disconnect load from AC receptacle before starting the engine.
Check whether the starting battery is equipped, if it is equipped, please operate
according to 4.1, otherwise, please operate according to 4.2.
4.1 Electric starter
4.1.1 Turn the fuel valve handle to "ON" position. (Refer to Fig. 5)
4.1.2 Pull out the choke valve handle, and close the choke valve. (Refer to
5)
4.1.3 Turn the engine switch to "START" position to start the engine. (Refer to

4.1.4 Loosen the engine switch after starting, and it will return to the "RUN" position
automatically. (Refer to Fig. 7)
4.1.5 Push the choke valve handle after preheating, and start the choke valve.

4.2.3 Pull the starting handle slightly until you feel pressure, then pull out the starting
