MQVL48 / MQVLBG48 False Bottom Removal (Media Tray)

In order to access the Burner Tube and Burner Pan, the False Bottom must be removed.

MQVL48 / MQVLBG48 Burner Tube Removal

1. Remove False Bottom (See

False Bottom

Removal

Instructions above).

2. Remove the [Qty 8] DT Screws from the lower portion of the Burner Tube Mount Brackets.

3. Slide the Burner Tube away from the orifices until it disengages.

4. Reverse these steps to reinstall.

MQVL48 / MQVLBG48 Burner System Removal and Installation

1. Remove False Bottom (See

False Bottom Removal

Instructions above).

2. Remove Front Reflector and Rear Reflectors.

3. Remove the DT Screws around the perimeter of the burner pan.

4. Carefully work the burner pan loose & lift the assembly upward to remove

it from the firebox cavity.

5. Installation is the reverse of these steps. Ensure that

the mounting surface is clean and
