ZCV39 / ZCV42 / MCVST42 Surround Installations
Each Kit contains surround and [8] DT screws.
NOTE: ZCV39CSS or ZCV42CSS Safety Screen is required to use these surrounds.

All surrounds are mounted onto Screen as described below. Screen and surround are then mounted on unit as described in
Child Safety Screen Installation section.

Surrounds require a 5/16” space on top to allow for installation & removal.

If protruding facing materials (i.e., concrete board, brick or tile) are to be used, refer to Facing Material Dimension
Requirements section.

A Tile Lip Kit is available: ZCV-TLK. Follow instructions included with kit to use.
ZCV39S1 / ZCV39S1PF/ ZCV39S2PF / ZCV42S1 / ZCV42S1PF / ZCV42S2PF
Install Screen with Surround attached as described in in Child Safety Screen Installation section.
To Attach Surround to Screen:
1. Place surround face down on protected
surface.
2. Lay Screen onto back side of surround.
3. Fold up tabs on top & bottom of surround.
4. Drive screws into screen through holes in
top & sides as shown.
