MQSW Wall Mount Surround Dimensions

Installation of MQ Wall Mount Surrounds

Remove the old CAP

(Control Access Panel), and

the Lower CVCK panel by

unscrewing the two support

screws and drilling out the

two rivets.
Remove the two upper

CVCK mounting screws

located at H2 as shown in

the figure below. IMPOR-

TANT: KEEP ALL FOUR (4)

SCREWS TO REMOUNT

THE MODERN SURROUND

ASSEMBLY.

Slightly tilt the Modern Surround assembly so that

the upper tab will clear the CVCK door opening.
Slide the Modern Surround into the CVCK and

align the holes H1 and H2. Please note that the

ledge of the Modern Surround should rest on the

CVCK Kicker Ledge.
Using the previously removed screws, secure the

upper tab of the Modern Surround in to the CVCK

frame.

Swing lower portion of the Modern Surround into the CVCK

and align the mounting holes on the Lower Tab with the

holes on the CVCK Side Frame.
Using the previously removed screws in Step 1, secure the

Lower Tab to the CVCK side frame.
Replace the old CAP with the new CAP that accompanied

the Modern Surround kit.
Check Installation to make sure the Surround and CVCK is

secure.
