STEP-III
Carefully place & align th e END FRAME WI TH WING onto the assembl ed TOP
FRAME, BOTTOM FRAME, HANDLE BARS, BOTTLE RACK and DRAWER
FRAME. Drive the wooden dowels as shown on diagram.
*NOTE: Drive the wooden dowels into their corresponding
holes before flipping the cart around.
STEP-IV
Gently flip the TROLLY ov er so that it is upside
down and attach the SMALL WHEELS onto the
bottom holes as shown in the assem bly photo.
Slide the washer into the bolt, put into the pivot
wheel house, then the long pivot and t hen after a
small washer. Secure it with allen wrench.
STEP-V
To attach the wheels take one washer and sli de it onto one
of the bolts, next slide one of the wheels onto t he bolt and
then add another washer. Repeat this step with the other
bolt. Slide one wheel through either END FRAME so that
the wheels are on the out si de of the END FRAME and
secure with the nut.
STEP-VI
Slide the drawers into it place as shown on
diagram.
