STEP-III
Carefully place & align the END FRAME WITH WING onto the assembled TOP FRAME,
BOTTOM FRAME, HANDLE BARS, BOTTLE RACK and DRAWER FRAME. The TOP
FRAME has an extension arm with a leather pull attached to it. Please make sure that the
leather pull is aligned properly with the routed hole in the END FRAME WITH WING. If the
leather strap is folded over you will not be able to pull the extension arm out. Carefully drive
the wooden dowels as shown in the diagram.
*NOTE: Before inserting the dowels in the HANDLE BARS you will have to spin them
around until you can see the holes line up on both sides. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT
BOTH HOLES LINE UP. NOT DOING SO WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CART.
Drive the wooden dowels into their corresponding holes before flipping the cart around.
DO NOT FORCE THE DOWELS FURTHER THAN THEY WILL GO. ANY EXCESS
CAN EASILY BE SANDED AWAY.
STEP-IV
Gently flip the TROLLY over so that it is upside
down. Drive the small dowels into the middle of
the TOP FRAME, and under the HANDLE
BARS and END FRAMES.
STEP-V
Slide the wheel onto the bolt and
then slide the large washer onto
the bolt. Now, insert the bolt
through the END FRAME leg
and slide the second smaller
washer onto the bolt. Repeat with
other wheel and tighten the two nuts. Do not tighten too hard or the wheels will not turn.
