STEP-V
Carefully hammer dowels into LEFT an d RIGHT END FRAMES. Us e the sanding block
between the hammer and the dowels to prevent marring of the wood.
NOTE :
1” DOWEL USED FOR PLUGGING END FRAMES
STEP-VI
Carefully drive the brass pins into the LEF T and RIGHT END
FRAMES. Once flush with t he wood, use the 1” plugs to cover the
brass pins. Again, use the sanding block between the hammer and the
wood to prevent any marring of the wood.
NOTE:
DO NOT FORCE THE DOWELS.
ANY EXCESS CAN EASILY BE
SANDED AWAY.

STEP-VII
Insert screws into pre-dr illed holes of the SEAT
FRAME and the BACK STRETCHER as shown on
the assembly diagram. Do not hammer in the screws, drive them in with a proper screw
driver.
STEP-VIII
Carefully hammer the plugs into the BACK STRETCHER
to cover the screw holes. Again, if t
he plugs are not
completely flush, just sand away the excess with the
sanding block provided.
